OS X Mojave 10.14.4 Dell D6000 not working with S2417DG over DisplayPort
 

Hi!

I have recently purchased 2 Dell S2417DG screens and a Dell D6000 dockingstation which I planned to use together with my MacBook Pro running Mojave 10.14.4.

I installed the latest Displaylink drivers but I cannot get the monitors to work.

I also tried a direct connection using DisplayPort to another PC and that worked. So the screens can be ruled out as the problem.

When connecting the D6000 to a Dell Windows PC (latitude 7390) the HDMI connection on the D6000 works but not the Displayport,

Please advice!

EDIT: I can confirm that both my MacBook Pro and the Dell Latitude work with a D6000 at work. The screen there is also connected through DisplayPort. Either the D6000 is broken or it's not campatible with my screens at home (S2417DG)

Wanna bump this thread. Have the exact same setup (MBP 2018, Dell D6000 Dock and Dell S2417DG monitor) with exact same problem. HDMI connection only work fine, no signal via DisplayPort. Maybe macOS Support Tool output will be helpful for DisplayLink Team for problem solution?
