Startech USB32HD4K

Hi guys,
I bought Startech USB32HD4K and i use it on mac os catalina with DELL P2418D 2K Monitor. FPS is low when using Webstorm but safari good works. What can i do for that ?
My graphics card intel uhd 630 and i have 16GB ram
