Monitors not detecatable
 

Hello there,

Working on setting up a Dell docking station. I have done three of these before with luck, but not this time....
It is a D3100 dell docking station.
When I plug the USB cable into laptop from the docking station, the PC acts like it can see it. Beeping in line with when you plug in other USB devices. When I try to plug the HDMI cables into the docking station, nothing happens. When I try to detect the monitors through settings, they are not detectable.
I have tried all three drivers on the download page. I have tried every possible installation sequence with regards to powering up/plugging in.
The laptop is an HP Elitebook 840 G3. It is running windows 10 Pro.
The monitors are Sceptre 22" being used with HDMI cables.
I have included the ZIP file for troubleshooting.
