DriveFrameworks-UserMode Driver error
 

Hi,

Running Windows 10 and on a particular model of laptop Lenovo Thinkpad T480s) we are getting the below error when plugging in a USB-3 Devio display unit.

"The device Devio SCR-2x HDMI (location 0000.0014.0000.013.004.000.000.000.000) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 4 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem."

Event ID: 10111

I have updated to the latest DisplayLink Driver. I have updated my BIOS. I have updated my Chipset drivers. Nothing fixes it.
Please advise?
