2nd monitor not working
 
Hi, I have a Trigger External Graphics HDMI to USB adapter. I'm using it to connect a 2nd monitor to ASUS laptop. Everything is connected. I installed the Trigger driver. My laptop detects the 2nd monitor. I have selected extend display. Monitor is set to HDMI input. The 2nd monitor is on, but black. It doesn't detect a HDMI device. Suggestions? Thanks!

The device you are using is not using DisplayLink technology. It is using MCT Trigger technology. You should contact MCT directly (https://www.mct.com.tw/) or the manufacturer of your product for assistance.
