External monitors not working - MBP 2020
 

Hello!

I'm trying to use my Macbook 2020 with two external displays and neither of them are showing up.

What I've tried so far:

• Did multiple restarts to the machine and dock. Also reinstalled the DisplayLink driver (v5.2.4) a couple of times as this has helped previously.
• Upgraded the dock to the latest firmware version.
• Used the dock with an older Macbook Pro 2015 and it worked just fine. Same version of macOS on both.
• Checked that KEXT is not blocked.
• Checked that DisplayLink has Screen Recording permissions.
• Checked that the dock is recognized as a USB device. (PID: 0x6006)
• Used both clamshell mode and regular mode. No difference there.
• Ran the DisplayLink support tool in debug mode.

System info:
Macbook Pro 16.3 aka Macbook Pro 13" 2020
macOS Catalina 10.15.5
Dell D6000 dock

Any suggestions?
