Microsoft Surface 4
 

Hi all,

I have a Microsoft Surface 4 and have purchased this:

I can get one of my external monitors working (the monitor plugged directly into the HDMI port on the device), however, the monitor plugged into the device DVI port with supplied HDMI adaptor is not recognised. I have unplugged, uninstalled and tried again etc.

Running Windows 10 and trying to connect 2 x Acer external monitors.

Any ideas?
