Computer needs restart for dock to work
 

Hello,

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad USB 3.0 Dock and am using it with a Dell Latitude 5500 and W10. The dock works fine when I start up the laptop connected to the dock, but if I connect the laptop already on or in sleep mode, the dock will not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
