problems with the ethernet port, it is limited to 70mb (my connection is 600mb)

I have recently bought a USB 3 dock (UG39DK7) and have managed to get everything to work fine except the Ethernet connection. Currently I have contracted 600mb of download and 100mb of upload and with the dock it limits the download to 70mb. If I connect ethernet via Thunderbolt 2, it does download at 600MB. Does anyone have the same problem? How could i fix it? I have Big Sur (11.1) installed.
