New Pluggable USB-C 4K not working
 

I have a MBP M! running 11.1. I installed the drivers and the software twice now. Running DisplayLink Manager 1.2.0 (Build 55.125). I keep getting No Monitor Found. The monitor works if I unplug the monitor that is directly connected. I have tried both Displayport and HDMI and just HDMI and second monitor connected normally. Same issue. It is as if the driver is not installed.
