MacPro 2020 intel does not see Aesus monitor

I just switched laptops to macpro 202 with the intel chip. The monitor worked perfectly on my old macpro 2015. I have tried all the standard instructions but the display is blank after a few seconds showing the aesus symbol. Please help with any suggestions.

Frustrated.
