Display Won't Turn On
 

My Sidetrack appears to be connected but does not power on, meaning I have it present in my system preferences but I do not have an image on the screen. I am using a mac Book Pro.

My impression based on your description is that you are using a Sidetrak device --> https://sidetrak.com/

Presuming for the moment that my impression is correct, can you please provide a direct link to the specific Sidetrak display you are using?
