Reboot needed each time

Dear DisplayLink team,

USB Docking Station will not work until I perform a reboot of my Mac AirBook (Big Sur Ver 11.6.8) each time.

It's definitely not a problem of the USB Docking Station because I am not experiencing this problem with any of my Windows 10 PCs.
