Help: display link can only detect one external monitor

I'm using macbook pro with M2. I got two external monitors, one is named VG258 and another one is Generic Virtual Display(GVD). I want to rotate GVD by 270 degree. But on the software, it only shows VG258. so I can not configure the GVD. Could someone knows why?
