My Mac does not recognize my Universal USB 3.0 docking station adapter
 
Hello, I bought the USB 3.0 Universal Docking Station, I'm on mac ventura and I only want to use it to charge my mac, use the HDMI port as well as the USB and RJ ports, but I can't manage to make it work, I think I have downloaded the right version of software.. who can help me please? THANKS

Can you please share more details I will need logfiles to check the feedback from the driver. For instructions on how to gather the logfiles please navigate to the following article How to report macOS issues to DisplayLink
