not recognising product
 

Hi
I have an early 2015 macbook pro which doesn't have usb-c, only usb2
I bought the docking station so I could run two external monitors as extended displays
I have downloaded the drivers and given the permisions I have been prompted to but when I plug in the usb power and usb connection it isn't even registering that I have plugged in the device.
What am i missing please?
