My 2020 MacBook air only recognizes 1 out of 2 monitors.

I have a 2020 MacBook air dual core ventura 13.2.1 and it's only recognizing 1 of 2 monitors and mirroring the second one. I have a dell dock the most recent DisplayLink driver. please help

Hello,

Can you please specify what is the Dell docking station that you are working with?
I will need the model like D6000, WD15, UD22, WD19, WD22 etc.
