DisplayLink Manager Not Starting in Montere
 

Ok,

Just got an Apple update for Monterey to go 12.7.1. Fine, installed update and after all in checked if there might be a DLM update. Downloaded DLM 1.10, updated DLM 1.8.1 and restart. Displays did not switch after login. A look at the Task Bar shows no DLM icon. Checked macOS Applications and DLM is there. Double click and DLM 1.10 tries, but does not complete a start; e.g. icon appears then goes away. Un-installed DLM 1.10 and re-installed 1.8.1. Had the same problem with DLM 1.9.x.

So, here's what I have:

MacBookPro9,1 (A1286)
Quad-Core Intel Core i7
16GB RAM
1TB SSD
Apple Thunderbolt 27" Display
DisplayLink dongle on TB27 USB to a KVB so can switch a Wacom Cintiq between two MBP (i7/i5 - only the MBP i7 has dongle)

macOS Monterey 12.7.1 via OpenCoreLegaceyPatcher 1.10

Anyone have any suggestions/ideas?
