Uncomfortably low FPS on one of the external monitors

Hello!
I am using Dell D6000 with the latest firmware, latest Mac OS 14.2.1 and latest displaylink manager 1.10.0. A notebook is Macbook air M1 8C 8GPU 16GB ram.
The issue I am encountering is that one of the two external monitors connected using DP has the low framerate. Monitors are nearly identical on is AOC Q24V4G5 (that is laggy) and the other is AOC 24E1W1 (works fine).
The framerate is low even in a system applications (safari etc.). Looks like a 15-20FPS instead of 75Hz that monitor supports.

Tried swapping DP ports, changing resolution, refresh rate, using older DisplayLink software, no luck.
Both monitors worked well for a year, and suddenly issue appeared.

Has someone else encountered this issue? Maybe some fixes or ideas?

If the manufacturer of your product (Dell) has not been able to assist you, and if you have not done so already, I would suggest reporting the issue to DisplayLink directly by following the process outlined here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink
