Netflix not working
 
Hi everyone,

I have black screen when I try to use Netflix do you have the same issue ? thanks

I have the same issue with YouTubeTV and Netflix and I'm sure with all the other streaming services. When I unplug the Wavelink, picture comes back.

Just got off with their tech support. Apparently disabling hardware acceleration in Chrome fixed it for me. This is from Support "A workaround is to temporarily disconnect all DisplayLink screens, switch to another browser or disable hardware acceleration in your browser to access protected content."

Awesome, thank you. Worked for me on Google Chrome.

The option is named "Use graphics acceleration when available" now, disabling it and quitting the browser (cmd+Q on MacOS) fixed it, didn't work before restarting the browser.
