MacBook Pro M3 does not adjust
 

I have a LG 47 in monitor

And a Thunderbolt Thunderdock QuattroPro

As you can see from the left side of the photo, my PC laptop scales and adjusts correctly when I close the lid.

My MacBook M3, though, is not. I used to have an M2, and it adjusted perfectly, letting me use all the real estate.

I tried to use different ports in the dock and on the monitor to no avail.

I have the latest drivers

What would you recommend?
