Just Upgraded, Clamshell Mode Stopped Working
 

Hi, I've been using my Displaylink for years, and I just upgraded to Sequoia 15.1.1. I have Displaylink 1.11 Build 28.

I've never had this issue before; I've reinstalled and restarted many times, but I can't get the Displaylink to work in clamshell mode. I have to have the laptop open in order to connect to my monitor. I've installed the extension and given permission to Screen Record in System Settings.

In installing Displaylink before, it...just worked. I've never had this issue before.

I'm stumped? Any ideas would be helpful. I searched the forum for "clamshell" and didn't really see an applicable solution. Thanks so much!

Hi, I feel pretty stupid - my charger fell out of my wall-mounted power bar and I didn't notice before I posted. Once I plugged in the charger the clamshell mode worked again.

In other news, I'm off to get a good night's sleep.
