The hub is not recognizing my external HDMI
 

Hello. I just purchased the GIQ USB docking station and installed the DisplayLink software. The hub is not recognizing my external HDMI monitor or my headphones when plugged in to the hub.

I've tried rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling the DisplayLink software/drivers, and manually trying to locate the devices through the display and audio settings in Device Manager. I've also tried to see if I could select the GIQ as the audio output in my DAW, but it's not shown as an option.

The USB slots and standard SD slot appear to be working.

I'm on an ASUS laptop with Windows 10.

Can someone help me troubleshoot?
