Issues with Dell D6000 Docking Station Connectivity on HP ProBook 455 G8 via USB-C
Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing connectivity issues when using the Dell D6000 docking station with my HP ProBook 455 G8 laptop through the USB-C port. While the docking station is recognized when connected via USB-A, several functionalities are not working correctly when connected via USB-C: Docking Station Recognition: USB-C: - The DisplayLink Manager does not detect the docking station. - The connected monitor is recognized, and power delivery to the laptop functions correctly. USB-A: - The docking station is fully recognized, and all functionalities, including multiple monitor support and Ethernet connectivity, work as expected. I have ensured that all drivers, including DisplayLink and chipset drivers, are up to date. Additionally, I have reviewed the specifications of both the laptop and the docking station to confirm compatibility. Despite these measures, the issue persists. My issue seems to be similar to https://displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=66341 but the steps described did not bring any results. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to resolve this issue. Thank you for your support. Best regards, Roman |
