No Red Frame and Sharing Controls Microsoft Teams

Hi,
I have the problem since I upgraded to 1.12.0 (Build 33). Before is was at 1.0.5 (I think).
Now when sharing my Screen in Teams the red frame around the shared screen is gone and the floating control bar is also "gone". I found out it is just invisible. When I share my integrated screen of my MacBook, the red frame is there again and there is also the controls.
How is this happening? Are there other permissions or other interfaces? I really dont know the app, but this is quite annoying :/
Thanks in advance!

BR,
Leon from Germany

Same problem

Hi,

I have also had this problem for some time now.
It started while using 1.10.3
I have tried 1.11.0 and now 1.12.0, but they all have the same problem.

When I share my laptop screen the border and bar are visible.
But when I share my DisplayLink screen there is no border and the bar is invisible, but still clickable.

Duplicate Issue

I just noticed another thread where this issue has already been discussed since september last year.

https://www.displaylink.org/forum/sh...ad.php?t=69397

Aparently using old version 1.9 is the solution for now.
Not sure when MS or DL will manage to fix this.

Hi,
We are aware on this problem and still working on the proper solution.
For the time being, I can suggest installing DisplayLink Manager 1.9.0.
There the problem will not be visible.
