Screenshot gray
 

Hi,

I a Dell D6000 connected to a macbook air M3 with Sequoia 15.3.2.
When I capture a screenshot complete or an area the image appears gray as shown in attached capture.
I used another tool like Shottr with the same result.

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.
