AOC E1759FWU 17.3” Not Working
 

I am looking for some help: I recently purchased this from an auction site, and try as I might, I can't get it to work.

I get power, but all I get is an AOC screensaver and the reminder screen to plug in USB cables, but that is it.

Now my setup is a DELL M6400, running Windows 11 23H2, and as this particular model does not have USB 3.0 ports, it sits on a Dell PR02X Docking Station USB 3.0 E-Port Plus, which has two USB 3.0 ports, which is where the Y cable is plugged into.

I only have until next week to return the screen if it's faulty... so any suggestion would be appreciated.
