DisplayLink App not working properly

I have a Mac Mini M2 Pro, with Sequoia 15.4. I downloaded the April 2025 DisplayLink Manager of the DisplayLink App for OS, I have the Selore DK0701 Hub (supports DisplayLink) But it only Mirrors the monitor, All setting are correct as per DisplayLink, But the system prompt to "Allow" to ensure this device is working properly never comes up. Why?

Just found out the Selore DK0701 does not support DisplayLink, purchase a Plugable device and now so much joy.
