For your reference, DisplayLink technology is a combination of hardware and software. DisplayLink hardware uses the DisplayLink Manager Application for macOS to enable the displays. 'USBDisplay software' is not a DisplayLink application.

Please provide the brand and specific model number of (or a direct web link to) the docking station or video adapter hardware you are using, which will allow us to determine if the device you are using is based on DisplayLink technology.

Hi there,

I'm also having issues with my MacBookAir, M3 chip.

The device I'm using is WavLink, UG69DK1. After a few minutes connecting the device and working with the 2 external screens, the computer's mouse still moves, but won't allow me to click anywhere, nor will the keyboard work for typing or using any shortcuts. I'm forced to hard reset the computer when it happens.

WavLink's website points to DisplayLink as the recommended software to manage the device.

Any thoughts on this issue?

Thanks!
