DisplayLink doesn't recognize Uperfect 15" delta (dual 15" monitors) on mac
 

My screensharing/screen recording permissions are properly set and I've tried restarting my computer both with the cables connected and disconnected.

I have a Macbook Pro M1 and UPerfect Delta dual 15" monitors.

I get the message, "Please connect your DisplayLink device". The monitor is detected in my system information. Newest version of MacOS.

Any help would be great. I can't use the monitors individually.

Uperfect makes several different model monitors, and the technology inside of them can vary. Please provide a direct web link to the specific Uperfect product you are using.
