Blank Screens-OSX can see displays though
 

Both of my displays connected to my DK30CH2DEP just went blank and I can't get them back online. OSX displays registers one regularly but sometimes the 2nd display, and I can make adjustments, rotate, and arrange them. Both displays give feedback, (on the display screen) when plugging in a display link or HDMI cable too, but the display link app says please connect your display link device. I've tried all manner of resetting, quitting, and upgrading to the latest 14.1 display like os. The hub charges my computer and allows me to use an external USB keyboard. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Could you please share a little bit more info of your setup? I understand you want to connect two external displays using StarTech DK30CH2DEP docking station.

Monitor A:

• Brand and model?
• Connected to HDMI port or DP port of the dock? (output)
• Connected to HDMI or DP port in the monitor? (input)

Monitor B

• Brand and model?
• Connected to HDMI port or DP port of the dock? (output)
• Connected to HDMI or DP port in the monitor? (input)
