1 display works, the other doesn't
 

I am seeing problem after problem, in this forum, with this app, with little to no support.

My computer recognizes both displays, but only one works.

I sent a help request a earlier this week with no response.

Both Monitors are visible in Display Link but only one works.

I have a Mackbook Pro, M4 Pro. Samsung Displays.
