Windows 11 Pro strange display 12.1.2684.0
 

Hello

I have just bought a kensington SD3600 to use both with my laptop and desktop windows 11 pro 64s.
I have done a clean install of displaylink 12.1.2684.0, ie remove old driver, use clean tool, and install.
I connect the monitor to the hdmi port on the SD3600, laptop works fine, the PC first of has few bios beeps loading up, comes to a black screen, I assume its got stuck on my lock screen, so I enter my passowrd and after a few goes like this I get in. When the screen is displayed on the task bar, if I try to launch chrome nothing happens, opera is launched successfully. Apps like windows settings dont load from the task bar, if I try to launch a setting via the windows menu, them the setting doesnt load but if you hover over the taskbar icon you can see the setting I want there, but you cant maximise it.

Ive run the support tool and go the logs if anyone knows how to read them. My Bios is upto date for my asus prime z490 p

If anyone could point me in the right direction, that woudl be very appreciated
