External Monitors Won't Start When Connected Each Morning
 

I have a Mac Book Pro M5 running Tahoe 26.2. I take may MBP home at night and when I come in in the morning and connect it to the Anker DL7400, neither one of my dual screens start until I unplug the Anker hub and let the hub reboot. Is there a setting I am missing so I can just plug it into my laptop and get the day started?
