DisplayLink USB Device does not install to my laptop
 

DisplayLink USB Device does not install to my laptop (HP Pavilion 15-cs0053cl).

1. I updated the GPU (Intel)
2. I used the driver cleaner before installing the driver
3. I found "msusb video" in "Device Manager."
4. I tried to link the "msusb video" driver to "DisplayLink USB Device"
5. I found an error saying "This device cannot start (Code 10)"

I feel I have exhausted the options I can find. Please help.
