No display on USB-C after moving to MacBook Air M4
I have a mac book air m4 with 26.2 as well, and I'm facing the same issue above. I can share the support tool zip if you want please contact me directly.
If I connect the USB-C cable it charges the computer but the display link is not recognized by the application. But, I've found a workaround by simultaneously connect the USB-C cable and the USB-A cable using an USB-A to USB-C adaptor it starts recognizing the display link and I'm able to have multiple screens. This cannot be the final solution as I need to use the two usb-c ports of my computer and also an extra device to do this... Please fix the driver to make the device being recognized as I had with my previous Macbook air M2. @Szymon |
Hello,
What is the brand and model of your device? Do I understand correctly the same setup worked connected via USB-C to your previous MacBook Air M2? FYI I'm moving your post to a dedicated thread - this prevents from mixing different cases under very generic subject. Regards, Szymon |
