MacBook Pro using dell UD22. getting no power to laptop
 

Hi guys. I had this issue pop up, just recently. So the issue is, If i attach the device i dont get usb power to my laptop. Now that would be fine if i could attach my mag safe power and get power that way but if i keep the usb c device attached it wont let the mag safe power it. So what i have to do is let my laptop charge and then plug in my usb device so i can get back to working on things on my external hard drives. I really dont want to have my harddrives going back and forth like this so, does anyone have this same problem? What was the solution besides just getting a new usb device. Thanks
