Hi Nasrii,

Please describe the problem a bit more as often they may look the same but they usually are unique.

PS. I've moved your post to a dedicated thread.

Hi Szymon,
thank you for your reply.
here is my setup:
Macbook Air M4 Tahoe 26.3 (25D125)
UGREEN Revodok Pro 209 Docking Station
Samsung Odyssey G95C 49" LED DWQHD 240 Hz FreeSync Premium Pro Courbe

when I use just hdmi directly to my macbook, its working, but when i USE my dock it doesn't.
the dock is connected, my external ssd connected through the dock is working, my mac is charging.

I'm stuck with DisplayLinkManager stating that I should connect my device...

Thanks

Hi Nasri,

Thank you for your update.
Are you on the latest DisplayLink Manager 15.1?
If so, would you be able to capture debug logs and send them to us? There is an instruction for this https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink

Let me know when you complete this. Thanks.

Regards,
Szymon

Hi Nasrii,

Thank you for the logs. Unfortunately, inspecting them I don't see any signs a DisplayLink dock has been connected. Could you check following?

Could you please try the following steps:
  1. Unplug the dock and go to Settings
  2. Select Privacy & Security
  3. Open Accessories and set it to "Always Allow"
  4. Re-plug the dock and check if the issue is fixed*

If this doesn't change this means it is either not a DisplayLink dock or it is a hardware failure.

Regards
Szymon
