Trayicon missing

I have Windows XP with the latest patches. I installed the software, but no trayicon appears, even after a reboot. I've attached the info from the debug tool. I'm trying to use this with an iPad. I tried the instructions to stop the service and launch the UI manually, but I still do not see a trayicon.
