I'm talking about the refresh rate of the secondary display (the one that is connected to the graphics card), not the refresh rate of the USB display. That stays at 60Hz....

Issues with laggy display with 24/25 Hz

I have a HTPC setup with a 7" Touch (FingerVU 700) and a TV, connected via HDMI to a Radeon 6450 card. When I set the TV to a refresh rate of 24 or 25 Hz, the video display on both screens...
