Yes i have the same problem, Ticket Incident: 130208-000160 i've sent them debug logs from when it happens.
They keep telling me i need to try and update my video driver, but i have the latest one...

Is this issue being addressed? This is very aggravating? It takes 20 sec to open the "metro" mail app with the driver installed. it takes 2 sec if i uninstall the displaylink driver.

Forgot to mention the this issue is happening...

Forgot to mention the this issue is happening even when you're not plugged into the displaylink device. As long as the driver is install you have this delay.
