Displaylink Bugs
Just want to report a few bugs I found
1. I Cannot open the Nvidia Control Panel while the displaylink device is on (either have to unplug the device or disable the display from the taskbar icon).

[BUG] Displaylink 7.4 M2 - Directx DDI issue
The displaylink driver 7.4 M2 causes the GPU / DirectX DDI version to downgrade from 11 to 10.1 , as you might of guessed this will break DirectX 11 detection in some games / programs
