So I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything again, and still no luck. I see the part in the system details from the support files where it says I have 0 MB's free, which seems very strange...

I'm pretty sure that can't be the case. I have 388 GBs of 465 free. Just the same, I reallocated some files and ran a disk cleanup. It's still not working however.
