I saw a new release of the software - I installed this thinking that the problem would be resolved; however, I still have the same issue.

Are there are any developments - The problem is pretty annoying - although the product seems to work most of the time I have problems with Excel 2013 which I frequently use. Isn't anyone else...

yes, It doesn't matter how many times I reboot - I always get the error. It's somewhat intermittent but happens more often than not - then I have to click on about 10 screens to get rid of it and...

Any news? I've been actively working on this problem for a few weeks now but am not closer to any resolution. Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. I uploaded the log files as well.
