I have two units of WinStar Display Adaptor UGA17D1 which has the 8060 error

Earlier, one adapter had the 8060 error, now another one has the same issue as well

The shop I bought it from is unwilling to replace the item.

What can be done?

The USB driver is installed as 8060 but does not detect a monitor while a second device is installed in the same system and works

OS: Windows 7 Professional
