If I boot my Windows 8.1 x64 with DisplayLink USB3 (Targus with Power docking, not using Power) Windows never completes logon so it hangs at Please wait ... If I remove USB3 and boot, the system...

If DisplayLink driver is installed and I put a VGA or DP Cable in my computer the whole system is almost unresponsive. I have to reboot, uninstall DisplayLink driver and then reboot again every time...
