Fixed with James help.

James,

Looks like you were spot on. Added a USB extension cable between DisplayLink and Logitech receiver to get them separated. All seems to be well. Thanks so much for fixing this annoyance...

Keyboard Lag

I am getting a lag from my keyboard. Can be significant in the order of a few seconds. If I type a string of text nothing appears then all of a sudden it catches up. Makes me move the keyboard...
