I've tried on multiple computers, on multiple USB...

I've tried on multiple computers, on multiple USB ports, and the result is the same on each. Other computers were running Win7, Win8, XP. I've also tried different monitors connected to the device....

I've removed and reinstalled the DisplayLink software, making sure to use the latest drivers available. The device shows up in device manager (no errors or warnings). However, the DL tray icon does...
