Still no luck unfortunately, even after downloading a new graphics driver it still gives the same error message.

Does the support file give any indication as to what it might be?

I have a computer running windows 8.1. I tried installing the dock with the software that came bundled, but it did not work. After uninstalling and trying with the latest version 7.6 from your site...
