Sorry for late reply!
It is the standard built-in Win8 screensaver turning the screen blank/black (no fancy stuff).
Would be great if this would/could be fixed!

I am using latest Lenovo DisplayLink Manager 7.760.366.0
Before installing I had a screeenaver to lock my ThinkPad T420, worked fine. But after installing and using a Lenovo USB-to-DVI adapter...
